What is included in the the price?
All bed linen, towels, electric, Wi~Fi and specialist equipment if needed.
What days can I arrive?
Arrival days are Friday or Monday and you can Check~In any day within your booking.
What time can I Check~In and how?
Check~In is any time after 14:00. You will receive a secure entry code one week before your arrival date.
What time do I need to Check~Out?
Check~Out is by 12:00 noon on your departure date. However, if you need to extend this time please contact us and we will see what we can do.
Minimum number of nights?
A minimum booking is 3 nights ~ Friday to Monday.
How do I pay?
Payment is by BAC's Transfer
Do I need to pay a Deposit?
A Non~Refundable Deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.
Can I amend my booking?
Yes you can and is "Free of Charge", though date changes are subject to availability. However, we will endeavour to accommodate them as best we can.
Is there a charge for the equipment?
No. Our range of Specialist Equipment is provided "Free of Charge". Please specify what equipment is needed at the time of your booking.
Do you have a Cancellation Policy?
Yes we do. We will email to you our Terms & Conditions, which contains our Cancellation Policy at the time of your booking.
